CA-QJ1530 Tilt Sensor (wired)

The CA-QJ1530 is a compact, high-precision, low-power multi-function dual-axis inclinometer introduced by Beijing Chengan. It can simultaneously monitor the inclination angle, oscillation frequency, oscillation amplitude and centre offset of a target, and is suitable for steel towers, bridge monitoring, buildings, pipelines and other industrial engineering sectors. It offers strong inclination stability, high accuracy and relatively good and stable temperature drift performance, with long-term stability better than 0.02 degrees. Through a fifth-order filtering algorithm, a composite operation on gravity is used to resolve the XYZ angles of the sensor. Every unit is corrected for cross-axis error on a multi-face rotary table inside the factory, ensuring the degree of influence between measuring axes at relatively large ranges. The product has a built-in RS485 interface with integrated protection circuitry, confirming that it will not affect the RS485 bus. The power supply also adopts multi-stage voltage regulation and overvoltage/overcurrent protection circuits. The product is a genuine industrial-grade product with reliable performance and good expandability, suitable for various harsh industrial control environments.
