The HMS700 is a high-precision, low-power 4G wireless tilt sensor independently developed by Beijing Chengan. Its external solar panel addresses a long-standing industry pain point: outdoor sites with no power supply, or applications that do not require continuous measurement but must still periodically verify the attitude angle of an object. It uses LTE Cat 1 technology, offering lower power consumption, lower cost, lower latency, wider network coverage and higher communication speed. The product carries a large-capacity 5300 mAh ternary lithium battery and remains in standby for long periods, with standby power consumption as low as 60 uA. According to the wake-up settings configured by the user, it reports data to the relevant platform at scheduled intervals, so that through the network service platform users can know the state of the monitored object without conducting on-site surveys. An angle threshold can be configured: when the product detects that an object suddenly exceeds the angle threshold, it actively wakes up the device and immediately reports the information. An acceleration threshold can also be configured: when the product detects that an object suddenly exceeds the acceleration threshold, it actively wakes up the device and reports alarm information at once. The product is mainly used to control the condition monitoring of various large engineering facilities or equipment, and is able to monitor the triaxial tilt state of an object in real time. The product is precisely designed and integrates comprehensive protection functions against short circuits, instantaneous high voltage, reverse polarity and surge, making it suitable for operation in various harsh industrial environments. For reliability and stability, industrial-grade MCUs, three-proof PCB boards and other measures are also adopted to raise the product's industrial grade.
