Chengan Cloud is the software layer that turns sensor readings into decisions. Field instruments — GNSS receivers, inclinometers, piezometers, strain gauges, crack meters and data loggers — stream into the platform, where users configure projects and thresholds, watch structures on a 2D/3D heat map or GIS map, analyse trends, and receive SMS, e-mail or WeChat alarms before a slope, dam, bridge or building reaches a critical state. The platform is delivered as a hosted service and supports multi-project, multi-user operation with role-based permissions.
